Please collect the information directly from an authorized HR contact (or equivalent), document how you verified the data, and compile everything into a concise report in English or Spanish. The report should include:
• Confirmed employment dates and role title
• Statement on certificate authenticity and credential validity (how it was checked and by whom)
• Name, position, and verified contact details of the person providing the confirmation
• Any discrepancies or red flags discovered
Photographic or scanned evidence of the certificate and your verification notes will be appreciated.
