CSR Project Writing And report Writing

We're looking for a freelancer to help us write a CSR project proposal that will focus on a local community. Writing should include a high degree of detail and accuracy in content. We do not require help in implementing the project, so once the proposal has been written, the freelancer will not need to do anything else with this project. Experiencewriting CSR proposals for local communities is preferred.
