BUSINESS PROJECT

Prepare a Business Project (to demonstrate their mastery of business management and leadership in a 'capstone' project for a start-up in a specific business sector. Therefore,
* Submit a paper (6,000 words) describing the Business Project, in which You can bring together all
their learning of Entrepreneurship skills to help solve a chosen business problem or challenge. The Business Project is undertaken in an area in Italy and is supervised by a member by me. The paper should cover the following topics:
• The market positioning and the focus on technology and innovation, and the corresponding levels of risk and emphasis on growth.
• The governance in venture-backed startups over its life cycles.
• The intellectual property segments and the strategy
• The financial/economic sustainability
• The path to growth
Once the preliminary paper of 6000 words is approved then you will be asked to develop a proper and original Business plan: the document (min. 12,000 words project) will demonstrate (i) the ability to provide the financial and economic soundness of their own initiative, (ii) an adequate level of understanding of the subject issue.
* In last You will also be invited to submit and present pitch of the business plan. (through Video Conferencing)
Note:
Choose your own Business start-up Project plan. Area should be ITALY.
The business project should be innovative and Technology oriented.

Once topic will approved you will be given one week for 6000 words of proposal and after approval of proposal you will have one week to make that proposal to 12000 words for Business Project report.
