Building a comprehensive Business Case Objective, Stakeholder list, Assumptions and Requirements for my Business based in Australia

I want help with preparing a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for my Business. My business is based in Australia and I have attached a template on whose sidelines this BRD must be prepared. I have also attached a consultancy report of my firm titled "Internal Report" based on which I want this BRD to be prepared. Both template and Internal report are attached in file section for reference.
