I need five years of employment history verified for a single candidate who lives and has worked in and around Boca Raton, Florida. The scope is limited to a background check focused solely on employment history—no criminal, education, or identity components are required.
Here is exactly what I expect:
• Contact each employer shown on the candidate’s résumé covering up to the past five years.
• Confirm dates of employment, job title, employment status (full- or part-time), and, when the HR department permits, eligibility for rehire and reason for separation.
• Capture and record the name, position, and direct phone or email of the person who provided each confirmation.
• Compile the findings into a concise report (PDF or DOCX) that includes a summary table and supporting notes/correspondence screenshots or audio logs if telephone verification was required.
