Bid writer

My project is looking for an experienced bid writer who can create government bids that are tailored to my exact specifications. I have a detailed format in place already for the bids, which the applicant needs to be aware of and comfortable working with. The task is to prepare 1-3 bids following the given format. Knowledge in the state or federal grant proposal process is desirable but not necessary. The goal is to create impeccably written bids that accurately reflect my mission, vision and strategies.
