We are looking for an outsourced firm, who may be interested to take up an HR Audit assignment in India. The job is at onsite location and involves deep understanding of Indian HR laws and compliances. The HR audit is aimed to gained understanding to check if any compliances has been missed, the auditor may guide as mentor and as friend. The written report is required to check which helps to clears the non-compliances in present and in future. This is part of internal management process and so, the audit work may be kept as confidential.
