Attend Conference in Toronto

I am looking for an Engineering student/freelancer to attend an industry conference in Toronto, Canada on my behalf. The purpose of attending the conference is for learning, recording the sessions by way of video, written notes, photos, etc.; I have a list of specific sessions and speakers that I would like them to attend. The freelancer must be knowledgeable and have experience in the fields of either Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, as I'm expecting them to absorb all the information from the sessions they attend and provide me with a comprehensive report afterward. Additionally, I expect the freelancer to actively network with industry professionals while at the conference. If the freelancer performs well at the conference, there is a potential for future opportunities.
