Assist me with writing individual sections of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report (between INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per chapter of the report and could go higher depending on chapter complexity)

The EIA project is for a petrochemical plant based in Saudi. I require assistance in preparing individual sections of the EIA report such as Project Description (which is straight forward and easy), Baseline Environment, Impact Assessment and other chapters. I'm looking for someone who has some experience in writing environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies and is based in India, preferably in Bangalore. Also good English writing skills is a must.

For now, I'm looking for someone who can complete individual chapters of the EIA report. Based on the initial output, there will be more chapters on offer and also other EIA projects throughout the year.
