Anganwadi Report & Photo Compilation

I have photographs from 200 Anganwadi centres – four “before” and four “after” shots for each location. I need each centre documented in a separate, formally-worded yet concise MS Word report, then saved to PDF. Within every report the four “before” images must appear first, followed by the four “after” images in the same order.

Once the individual files are complete, compile them in two ways:
1. A single centre-wise PDF bundle (200 files merged in sequence).
2. A taluk-wise set in which the reports are grouped and bookmarked by taluk.

• Strict adherence to the photo order and count (4+4 per centre).
• Consistent page layout, header, footer and caption style across all reports.
• File naming convention that matches the official centre codes I will provide.
• Final delivery: 200 editable .docx files, 200 matching PDFs, one merged centre-wise PDF, and the taluk-wise compilation.
