Agile project report and project tool

There are two parts to this job please make sure you are clear on this

One : Is to write a report of 2000 words.

Two;The second is to develop an assessment tool used to ascertain what is a suitable agile project .The tool can be on an excel spreadsheet


The assignment is to provide one only assessment tool for assessing which projects maybe suitable for adopting an agile approach.The tool can be in the form of a survey check list etc

The tool (or survey,checklist etc ) will have a set of criteria used to select and help gauge the suitability of each project to either be purely agile, hybrid or more traditional.


The assessment tool is to be accompanied by a 2000 word report that provides the theoretical justification or rationale for each of the criteria selected

The tool can be A survey-based questionnaire as well as an interaction with Agile specialists and management may provide additional data to select the suitability of each project

I would strongly suggest that the youtube video be watched again

You must provide a Turnitin report ,use Harvard referencing and annotation.
