We seek a highly organised and efficient Administration Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be an outstanding communicator. This challenging and rewarding role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What will you be up to (to name a few):
• Administrative support: provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and organising meetings and client events.
• Communication and correspondence: serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, and monitor shared mailboxes, website interactions and social media feeds. Draft and edit reports and presentations as required.
• Recruitment: drafting job descriptions, managing communication with applicants, initial candidate screening and organisation of interviews and follow-up actions. Onboarding and induction planning alongside team managers.
• HR support: assist with contract renewals, HR admin, new starter activities and payroll queries as required. Supporting our learning and development processes, tracking progress and managing the purchase of exam vouchers and course materials.
• Information management: maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems (specifically relating to HR and contracts), ensuring easy retrieval of information and efficient document management.
• Relationship management: build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers and most importantly our team.
• Special projects: support our team in ad-hoc activities, research, and analysis as required.
• Confidentiality: handle confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Soft skills
• Proven experience as an assistant, administrator, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional correspondence and reports.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and find solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical skills
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft SharePoint (preferred)
