Acoustic report for da in mascot
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of an acoustic report to be conducted for da in mascot, I'm looking for someone who can complete theAcoustic/ Noise Impact Report
It is requested that an acoustic/ noise impact report be prepared which clearly demonstrates
the potential noise impacts of the actual hours of operations intended (i.e. 06.00am –
12.00am Monday – Sunday etc.).
A report prepared by a qualified practicing Acoustic Engineer (who is a member of either the
Australian Acoustical Society or the Association of Australian Acoustical Consultants) shall
be submitted, which demonstrates and certifies that noise and vibration emissions from the
development comply with the relevant provisions of the Protection of the Environment
Operations Act 1997, NSW Environment Protection Authority’s Industrial Noise Policy and
Noise Control Manual.
As such, the following details shall be provided:
Acoustic testing of potential noise impacts at actual times of proposed operations of
the premises which shall include potential internal and external noise impacts to
recipients prior to and after 10.00pm (Monday- Friday) and recommendations to
assist in minimising any impacts to neighbouring land uses etc report within 1-2 weeks. If you feel like you have the experience to get the job done, please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you!
