GLPI Bug Fix & Custom Reports
Budget: $25 – $75 USD
I am running GLPI in production and need a specialist who can both stabilize the platform and extend its reporting capabilities.
1.first we have a bug which need to fix
2. we wanted to upgrade the GLPI (v10.0.18 to 11 )
3. do customize couple of reports .
Report required : using Meta dashboard
• Tickets Created (weekly):
• Tickets Resolved (weekly):
• Backlog / Open Tickets:
technician wise ticket list weekly
Tickets per Analyst per Day: Normalizes volume by headcount
