Delphi Real Estate Software Enhancement
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a real estate management software written in Delphi. I need the following updates:
Revamp the Reporting System:
Redesign the reports to make them more flexible and user-friendly.
Add a new feature that allows users to select which data/fields to include in the report (customizable reporting).
Support exporting reports to PDF and Excel with proper formatting.
Add an Archive Section:
Create a dedicated archive section or screen within the software.
Enable searching within the archive using any relevant information (property number, tenant name, date, etc.).
Allow viewing and restoring archived records or contracts.
What I expect from you:
Provide a brief technical plan for each requirement (how you will implement it).
Specify the required timeline and a clear, honest cost estimate.
Deliver a fully working solution, thoroughly tested and integrated into the current program.
