New CEO wants reports. Here are the specs provided to me by VP.

Renewal Bookings Only

Here is what I would like to see:
 January: actual renewals bookings vs budget, by total, by geo (NAM, EMEA, APAC); list of renewals won, list of renewals lost. For each renewal, please show what contract term it was going in, and what we renewed it for going forward. Also include price increases/changes.
o For January, what did we budget our Gross Revenue Retention & Renewal rate to be? What were they actually?

o What is our Q1 budget goal for Renewal bookings, Gross Revenue Retention, and Renewal Rate? By total and by geo
o What is your prediction on how we will end Q1 compared to the budget of Renewal bookings, Gross Revenue Retention, and Renewal Rate? By total and by geo?
o What is the list of all renewals up for renewal in Q1? What is progress of each?
 The big 3: HS2, Highways England, EPA: are we on track?
 Q2: are we on track to achieve Q2 budget? What are the key renewals and health of each?
 Q3: are we on track to achieve Q3 budget? What are the key renewals and health of each?
 Q4 & Total 2022: Are we on track to achieve total budget for Renewals? – bookings, Gross Revenue Retention, Renewal Rate? By total and by geo?
