Application for a UAE Based Client

I am looking for a highly skilled developer to create an application for a client based in the UAE using MS Dynamics 365. The developer should be prosicient building applications for the web, as this is the platform the client has requested. Additionally, the main role of the application is informational, so the design should correspond to this need. The client has a rough idea of how the design should look, but is open to any suggestions the developer may have to enhance it.
