Replit Coach & Copilot for Founder

About the Role:
We are seeking a Replit Coach & Copilot to support a non-technical founder in mastering software development, automation, and collaborative coding using Replit. Your role is part tutor, part hands-on coding partner. You’ll help demystify technical concepts, break down tasks into simple steps, and guide real-time implementation using Replit, AI tools, and modern dev practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom or live Replit multiplayer sessions.
Break down complex programming and dev workflows into easy-to-understand steps.
Guide live coding of scripts, apps, and automations inside Replit.
Set up and explain workflows involving APIs, databases, deployment, and version control.
Act as a real-time coding assistant: troubleshoot bugs, optimize code, and provide clean documentation.
Recommend tools, libraries, and best practices to accelerate learning and development.
Ideal Candidate:
Expert in Replit, with experience in building and deploying real-world apps on the platform.
Familiar with Replit AI (Ghostwriter) and other AI copilots like GitHub Copilot or Codeium.
Comfortable teaching and communicating with non-technical founders.
Patient, clear, and enthusiastic about helping others learn by doing.
Bonus if you’ve built SaaS tools, automations, or data pipelines on Replit.
Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or low-code tools is a plus.
