outline planning for eco home
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I own a field of 8 acres on edge of village near Buckingham with properties either side and would like to use an acre or so to create 3 passive homes using solar PV, solar thermal, ASHP, solar back up batteries and modern building products that will blend into the countryside such as natural wood cladding and so on.
The land has road frontage with water and electricity. Sewerage could be septic tank of maybe reed bed?? Want advice to take this forward..
