Project Overview:
We are seeking freelance professionals to conduct a concise and precise analysis report on the grid codes concerning the connection of photovoltaic installations to both low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) grids, categorized by surface and power, whether ground-mounted or rooftop, across several European countries. The countries of interest are Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Additionally, we require the creation of an Excel table summarizing the collected data for all these countries.
Scope of Work:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the grid codes and regulations pertaining to the connection of photovoltaic installations to both LV and HV grids, characterized by surface and power categories.
Identify and summarize the key requirements, restrictions, and standards applicable to PV grid connection in each specified country.
Collect information on grid connection procedures, technical specifications, documentation requirements, and any associated fees or tariffs.
Analyze any specific considerations or challenges related to ground-mounted versus rooftop installations.
Compile the findings into a comprehensive report, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and conciseness, to be delivered in Microsoft Word format.
Create an Excel table summarizing the collected data, organized by country and including relevant parameters, to be delivered in Microsoft Excel format.

A detailed analysis report for each country, outlining the grid code requirements for PV installation connection, provided in Microsoft Word format.
An Excel table summarizing the collected data, providing a clear overview of the regulations and specifications across all countries, provided in Microsoft Excel format.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, with the ability to conduct research and analyze technical documents in the specified languages (Polish, Bulgarian, German, Spanish, Italian, Croatian, Serbian, Czech, Slovak).
Experience in energy sector regulations, particularly regarding renewable energy sources and grid connection.
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.
Proficiency in Excel for data compilation and presentation.
Timeline:
The project should be completed within 2 weeks, with regular progress updates provided.
