Indian Residential Solar Designer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to take my home in India off-set from the grid and need a professional who can turn my basic measurements and energy-usage data into a complete, construction-ready PV design. The job centres on system design and layout only; I have already confirmed site feasibility and will handle procurement and installation once a solid plan is in hand.
What I will provide
• Roof dimensions, photographs and orientation
• Past 12-month electricity bills
• Preferred installation window and any shading notes
What I need from you
• Optimised array sizing, tilt and orientation based on my load profile and local irradiance
• Detailed layout drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) showing panel placement, string configuration and cable runs
• Single-line electrical diagram that meets current IS/IEC standards and local DISCOM requirements
• Bill of Materials with make/model suggestions and exact quantities
• Performance estimate (annual kWh, PR, losses) generated in PVSyst, Helioscope or an equivalent tool
Experience with Indian residential rooftops, MNRE guidelines, and common inverter brands will be a big plus. Please mention the design software you’ll use and share at least one comparable project sample. My timeline is one week from award, with interim review halfway through to confirm layout before you finalise schematics and BoM.
