Granny Flat Energy Efficiency Evaluation
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking someone experienced in assessing energy ratings for a medium-sized granny flat (50-75 square meters). Your proficient understanding and application of Australian building codes will be key to this role. With your expertise, we should be able to provide the council with an accurate energy rating for our new build.
Ideally, you will:
- Have a solid understanding and experience with insulation and heating/cooling systems, particularly electric ones.
- Be familiar with best practices for energy efficiency in relation to lighting, though this is not the project's main focus.
- Have experience working with Australian building codes.
Not only will your role entail advising on energy efficient solutions, but also providing comprehensive documentation that meets council requirements. Please apply if you fit these criteria.
