VR villa tour -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a virtual reality experience for a tour of a villa. The VR experience should be a virtual reality walkthrough, with a modern design style. I already have the architectural plans of the villa, so the freelancer should just use it and create the 3D model of the interior and the VR experience. It should be a tour with easy-to-use navigation, so that I can get the full interior design experience of my home before starting building it.
