three small Police station design and two 21-bed clinic

We want an experience architect to design for three small police stations and two 21-bed clinics, with all three 3d from the attached images. The plot size doesn't matter. Just use the area that's able to fit the building but the design must be clean and through. All buildings will have a steel fence as boundary wall and sunflower solar power. Chose whichever shape of the building you like.
