3d renderings + Floor plan for 2 floor mix use property

I am looking for a skilled architect who can assist me with creating a 3D exterior rendering and floor plan for a smaller two-floor mixed-use property. The purpose of this project is for architectural design and planning. I am open to working with architect students as well.

Requirements:
- The freelancer should have some experience in architectural design and planning.
- I have detailed requirements for the design. Attention to detail is required.
- I need assistance in determining the dimensions and specifications of the property, so knowledge in this area is required. I need to know what can and can't happens based on the available square footage.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in realistic 3D rendering software and floor plan design.
- Knowledge of architectural design and planning.
- Ability to work with detailed requirements and provide suggestions if necessary.
- Experience in determining property dimensions and specifications.
- I will need 1 2nd floor plan of the building
- I will need 1 exterior 3d rendering with 2 different angles of the property. Right side & Left side
