3D rendering walk through

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a 1-2 minute architectural presentation walk through for my project. I will need all of the materials provided as I do have CAD files and sketches. The purpose of the walk through is to showcase the architectural design and features of the project. I am looking for someone with experience in creating realistic and visually appealing 3D renderings. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills in architectural presentations.
