3D rendering - interior design

I am a professional interior designer looking for a qualified individual to create 3D renderings for clients to review. This will mainly include bathrooms and kitchens to view tile/hard surface selections in their proposed applications. I will be able to provide floor plans, material selections & specifications, and available to answer any mid-project questions.
