3D rendering for living room -- 2

I am looking to create 3D renderings for my living room. I am looking for a modern style with a particular color scheme in mind, although I am open to suggestions. The important elements that must be included in the renderings are furniture. I expect this to be a challenging project, but am confident I will find the right freelancer for the job.
