3d rendering for architecture bungalow

I'm looking for a 3D rendering expert to design a medium-sized (1000-2000sq ft) architecture bungalow. The rendering must include some textures and colors, but I'm open to suggestions. I have a general idea of what I'm looking for, but I'm also open for creative input.
