3D rendering and 3D floorplan of an appartment and 2 duplex

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist who can create realistic interior renderings of an apartment and two duplex. For each unit, a 3D rendering of a floorplan and a living area is needed.

The project requires the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g. 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp)
- Ability to create high-quality, photorealistic interior renderings
- Understanding of architectural floorplans and the ability to translate them into 3D models
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately depict materials, textures, and lighting
