3D rendering of Duplex bungalow house - fotorealistic- including floorplan from above

I would like to offer a job for a 3D Rendering project of a Duplex about 100 sqm each with garden surroundings, roof, face of the building etc.
I NEED:
1 from above floorplan for each 100 sqm side (total 2)
1 3D Photorealistc from low behind looking into the carports with a little bit of the face of the building included. wood ceiling with 3 Light spots on each side(carport) and the dividing wall between the carports partly wood and partly concrete as shown on the project plan. Rain gutter and asphalt flooring.
1 high up front slightly from the left including pretty much everything from the roof to gardening the sledges, and even a dog and people sitting on the terrace. On the left and lower side of the building area is a newly paved street which can partly be shown. The gardening and if maybe 2 lights on each front facing face of the building should be mounted you would have to try out. the face is white with wooden elements. the windows and roofing is anthracite. the terrace is slate grey with about 50x 50 cm tiles.
2 renderings low front with terrace and gardening 1 each building.
2 inside rendering with garden or terrace view.
The quality samples attached had to be saved at a little lower rendering quality then they actually are- please take that into consideration.
All textures, plants, surfaces, furniture etc. are topic of discussion, which i am always here for.
Further has to be discussed personally.
