I need a quote for a K9 Training Facility that I am building in Thailand. I have images of elements and a rough sketch. I'm not an artist so not very good.
(4) properties totaling 800 sq. meters-
1. K9 Obstacle Course & Search Vehicles: 100 square meters,
2. Training Facility: 400 square meters,
3. Knockdown Home & Search Vehicles: 200 square meters,
4. K9 School : 100 square meters.
K9 Obstacle Course & Search Vehicles- Will encompass a grass area and a k9 obstacle course see images for elements and vehicles and motorbikes for searching.
Training Facility- This will basically be a large warehouse with multiple training stations (see images), a bathroom, a equipment room and a dog washroom for bathing, and a line of outdoor k9 kennels that are attached to the outside of the building (see images of ideas) and a dog run
Knockdown Home - Home (images of actual rendering)
K9 School- Basically another warehouse but has classroom seating for adults and overhead projector, with (2) columns of tables (see image), with approx. (8) tables per column and a small lunch room with parking in the front.
The entire property needs a fence around it and it runs off one private driveway. The main entrance will be in-front of the Training Facility and have an arch sign- OOD K9 Training Academy with (2) flag poles- Thai Flag and Company flag.
I need a top view of the property and a front view of the property as well so the potential investors can see what the finished project will look like.
