3d render for renovation

I'm renovating my house and going to make the garage to a new room + a separate small one room apartment with shower and toilet. We just got the building permit approved and I wonder how much you'll charge to create a nice 3D render of everything so that I can show the carpenter what it should look like?

Please see attached document. The "Befintlig planlösning" at top right means "Current site plan" and at the bottom you can see at the drawing at bottom right where it says "SOVRUM" (bedroom) and "RUM" (room = the new mini studio apartment).

This is just for my own project so that I can show the builders how we want things to look in order to avoid misunderstandings.

Here's some images of typical "Swedish style" for your reference although these are from apartments for sale.... but so you get the "feeling".

I'm also thinking that it would probably be practical to have a kitchen island instead of the round table in the "studio apartment" so let's include that.
