3D render and design for yoga studio -- 2

I require a talented architect to design and provide a 3D render for my yoga studio the yoga studio will also need to convert into a creative and event space so flexibility is a must

I have mood boards to assist with developing the concept and some notes

I would be open to new concepts and designs to consider also

This is for a grant funding application which needs to be submitted quite quickly

I have two seperate sites to choose from
