3d render architecture design and measurements for sports project

I am looking for someone to assist me in the design process for a new start up business, I am looking to design the floorplan complete with measurements and 3D rendering to bring the project to life.

I will send over a sketch complete with my measurements which I will then need to be scaled correctly. I will need 3 renders and 1 architectural drawing with a floorplan of measurements from a birds eye view.
