plans drawn for a deck

I am looking for plans to be drawn for a medium-size deck (100-300 sq ft). I have specific features in mind, so the designer should understand the scope of the project. The deck will have wood for rough framing with composite for the top, and the railing will be wrought iron. The deck should be designed according to the standards of the area. I am looking for an experienced designer who is able to create quality and detailed plans with 3D renderings. The designer should also be prepared to answer any questions I have about the design. Preferred experience includes practical experience of deck building and knowledge of other elements such as terraces, balconies, etc.
