I need a 3D render

Hi Guys,
I am hoping that you can provide two renders in a hurry, based on below information.

I have setup the images in the project map, under 3D Documents and I have named these document:
INTERNAL RENDER Perspective; and,
EXTERNAL RENDER PERSPECTIVE:

I have attached screenshots of both images which are in the Archicad project maps, and I have added my quick (and badly rendered) images with some basic notes.
I hope that these notes will suffice for material selections.
I am more interested in renders which are atmospheric rather than photo realistic… I am mostly interested in artistic, moody lighting - Especially the external render. I would like the building to look like a lantern, with a soft glow in the dusk light.

I would NEED this delivered Tuesday 23rd May - Morning at the latest.
