I need a 3D model designed

Hi, I would like to know how much is the costs for different deliverables of below:

- Quota / duration of main character (human) to be created by my design requirements
- Quota / duration for weekly iterations of main character in different postures / props / clothes, etc.
- Quota / duration for short clip of character in animation
