I need a house drafter.

It is a 1700ish square foot house. We don’t want a garage. We would like it to be as open as possible. We want to omit the two doors on the ground floor and put one at the very back right side. We would like the kitchen/ fridge to start where the door was and to have a free standing 9x3 island. Upstairs, we would like the third bedroom to be open as a loft area. I do not like the appearance of the outside. I would like it to look clean and minimal with wider dark blue or grey boards.
