I need a 3D designer

This is prototype that I created and just trying to find someone to build me this. It’s a koozie with a small cell battery at the bottom of it with two lights at the top of the koozie. It will have an on and off switch button. The battery will need to be accessible to replace of course.
The size will vary based on bottle size. It will need to be flexible so you can take off the bottle.
