I am in need of an experienced architect who can create a 3D building plan for a residential project. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in designing residential buildings
- Proficiency in creating 3D building plans
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design standards
- Ability to interpret and work with detailed specifications provided by the client
- Familiarity with modern architectural styles
- Excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate the client's preferences and requirements
- Should follow the prevailing National Building Code
The project involves creating a 3D G+4 building plan, Video walk through and Furniture Layout (for just two floors) for a residential property based on detailed specifications provided by us. Building height is limited to 15 meter only.
I have the architectural design. The preferred architectural style for the building is modern. The architect should be able to effectively translate the client's vision into a visually appealing and functional design. You need to provide me High-res images from different angles (including roof), Video walk through file in MP4 and original Software file. Copyright of work belongs to us obviously.
