masonry opening

Hi there! I'm looking for a Freelancer who is skilled in masonry to create an opening between two rooms. I have specific dimensions in mind, and the existing structure is cinder blocks. The type of masonry opening I need is an opening for a barn door. This project is within my timeline and budget, so if you have the experience necessary, please don't hesitate to contact me. The attached files are the approved plans but do not include the opening into the utility room which is the rightmost room in the drawing. I need structural calcs to confirm the opening (approx 32 inches wide, 80 inches high) is OK or the need to add metal tubing around the opening. Thanks in advance!
