jpeg to 3d printing file

I am looking for someone to help me convert a JPEG file into a 3D printing file. The final file should be an STL and should represent the small object the JPEG image is depicting. Additionally, I need to have a 3D model created for the JPEG image, as I do not have access to the original 3D model. If you have experience in converting JPEG to 3D printing files and creating 3D models, then I would love to hear from you.
