Interior Design Project: Medium-sized House with a Contemporary Style on a Low-budget

The Scope of Work is as follows

Interior Design for multi floor apartment building as per the attached drawings and CAD files

Deliverable

1. Realistic renders in UltraHD 4K Resolution Images from various corners and details of the each typical room, bathrooms and kitchens, exteriors
2. 360 degree panoramic virtual tour from three points of the room
3. Floor Plan Drawings with the measurement of the final design with specification of the finishing materials
The apartment are very similar
Designer shall provide a detailed technical proposal of the deliverables and design/review/revision process with the owner along with execution milestones

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of cost-effective design solutions and furniture options

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the client and understand their vision and requirements
