house exterior rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a house exterior rendering in a contemporary style. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural rendering and be able to bring the design to life with attention to detail.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Rendering the house exterior in a contemporary style, incorporating clean lines and modern elements.
- Using neutral tones for the exterior to create a sophisticated and timeless look.
- Creating a day scene for the rendering, ensuring that the lighting and shadows accurately depict the time of day.
*house currently a main floor with a basement - want a full 2nd floor added for an apartment; and, basement with walk-out door at back for an apartment; and, main floor to be an apartment
*all three floors to have exit /door at back - main and 2nd onto a deck
*front of house can be changed to enclosed with front door into main floor apt.; and, can, ? maybe have a stair case go up from front to a porch on second floor (from left side of current garden) - just an idea (this will comply with fire standard for 2-entrances/exits.
*basement needs a 'fire exit window near front left for exit to comply with safety rules
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in architectural rendering software such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural rendering, with an emphasis on exteriors.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately represent materials, textures, and lighting in the rendering.
