LP house bldg6

Large box house with many bed rooms with full baths. we airbnb and want to build a waterfront home with 20 bed rooms. it is a large 60' x 100' rectangle 3.5 floors. i have ELP engineered lumber products building I-truss and floor systems so i am looking for someone to get the concepts down and i can send info on floor and roof systems. elevator by others but we will have to design a stair case and some balconies. i will ipload files and pictures at a later date i am currently away.
