3D design for resort
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
It will be a resort in rajasthan. It will be concrete construction. For Floor, we want to use tiles(may b wooden texture) .
1. Land size 110 * 280 sq ft.. rectangular shape
2.we want a main building with G+2 floors(ground, 1st nd 2 floor), total 15 rooms on 1st and 2 nd floor.. ground floor will be banquet/ conference purposes
3. Open garden space to accomodate 150 -200 people
4. Along with main building we want 4-6 cottage.
5 An open parking space for 15cars.
6. A swimming pool
7. A watch tower with the main building.
8. On top left corner there will be a duplex villa, with 4 rooms.
