3d design of a House

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a modern 3D design for my house,. The design should reflect a modern architectural style. I have a 2d design attached to this proposal, I would like the design to include an open concept floor plan. The ideal candidate should have experience with 3D design, architecture, and interior design. Additionally, knowledge of modern architectural trends and design software is a plus.
