commercial restroom plans

I am looking for a skilled professional to assist me with designing commercial restroom plans for two ADA compliant restrooms in a Senior Day Center. I also need a roll-in shower. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accessible restroom designs for public spaces.

Speed is essential here. The architect I hired took three months to deliver plans that wouldn't pass code. I have attached the building MEP files and the DWG measurements from the first two designs. This project is in the US state of Kansas, so we need an architect licensed to practice here. Thanks and Happy Holidays.
