backyard 3d render

I have a backyard design project that requires to have some renders done in order that I can fine tune materials and colours and refine cost estimates. theme is "hamptons"

2 renders are required, ground floor level yard and upper deck

I welcome alternate design and/or material ideas however the job is on a tight budget.

some knowledge of Australian building code desirable but not essential

provided:
hand drawn sketch elevated deck with materials list
hand drawn sketch rear deck with materials list
pininterest pics as required for each area
measurements

scope of works:
- elevated deck approx 5m x 4m with overhead pergola off existing kitchen. stairs lead down to ground floor back yard 2.5m below
- rear deck area approx 5m x 4m x 0.5m high. this area is 50% artificial turf and 50% fire pit


stage 1:
prepare 1 x 3d designs for upper deck
prepare 1 x 3d design for lower deck

stage 2:
prepare 1 set of revised renders if required showing different materials or colours

happy to work on hourly rate (with estimate of total fee) or fixed cost
